4/ What about our tourists’ review?
“Not shy to try something new, my husband and I choose a two-day, two-night trek with the TrekkingSapa. I had researched the various companies and had absorbed the criteria for pre-trek preparation, but to be honest, I wasn’t prepared enough. The first day’s trek of around 16 km was hard. By late afternoon I was dragging my sorry self up a hill to our homestay – a basic but perfectly comfortable place in a local village. Ascending and descending the steep paths on the first day made me wonder if I would survive Day 2. However after a hot shower, leg massage, delicious meal, some “happy water” and a good sleep I was more than ready for what Day 2 would deliver. Surprisingly, the 10 km we covered was incredibly enjoyable and I was surprised at how well I traveled on our second day of walking. We were so energized by the experience that when we arrived back into Hanoi the next day at 4.45am Given the achievement of completing the trail and having the privilege of spending a couple of nights with mountain tribes outside Sapa, this trek would have to be one of my highlights for 2016.”
